There’s a small group of Canberra-based quilters, who call themselves tACTile, and produce amazing and innovative textile art. Their latest exhibition of wall quilts and fabric books is titled Collections and will challenge your thinking about quilts – these are more like artworks.
Each member of the art quilt group tACTile has produced a series of quilts and textile "books" focusing on the Collections theme.
Members of the group are Jenny Bowker, Dianne Firth, Helen Gray, Beth Miller, Beth and Trevor Reid. Their work is well known around the world in quilting circles - don't miss it! |
